Etolv Software Solutions builds business systems in Arabic for companies in Egypt and the Gulf — travel, retail, property and manufacturing. Etolv CRM came out of that work.
Why this exists
Our customers were already selling on WhatsApp. Not as an experiment — as the whole business. And they were running it out of a phone on a desk, passed between whoever was free, with no record of who promised what and no way to tell whether anybody had answered.
The systems on offer were built for e-mail and support tickets somewhere else, translated afterwards, and priced in dollars for a market that does not think in dollars. So we built the one our customers were asking us for.
We run it ourselves
Etolv answers its own customers in this system, on this same code. That is not a slogan — it is the reason the inbox is built the way it is, and the reason a problem on the floor gets fixed the same week rather than being filed.
What we will tell you plainly
What the system does not do. What Meta will charge you on top of what we charge. Whether the thing you are asking for is a week of work or a day. A customer who leaves after two months because the product was oversold costs more than the one who never signed.
